“ how is a commission billed?+
Fifty percent opens the engagement and reserves your place in the season; the balance falls due on delivery of files and the printed book, net-15. There are no retainers and no monthly charges — the figure you agree at scope is the figure you pay.
“ how long does the work take?+
A full identity typically runs ten to fourteen weeks from kickoff to the bound book, sequenced in deliberate movements — the anchor, the lantern, the book. Packaging engagements run longer to allow for print proofing. We agree the calendar in writing before we begin.
“ who actually does the design?+
The studio does. Research, drawing, and proofing stay under one roof, and the same eyes that begin your brand sign it off. You will not be passed between an account team and a production line — the person you brief is the person who draws.
“ what if the first direction isn't right?+

“ do we own the finished brand?+
Entirely. On final payment, working files, licensed fonts, and the printed guideline book are handed over, and the identity belongs to the house that built it. There is nothing further to license from us and no ongoing obligation.
“ can you work with a property outside florida?+
Yes. The studio is based in Haines City and works with hotels, spas, and wellness houses wherever they open — most of the engagement runs remotely, with the printed book shipped on completion. Kickoff visits can be arranged by agreement.
